Winthrop. They are a strong #15 seed playing a weak #2 seed.  Winthrop is in its 6th tourney in 8 years so they have the experience.  They'll be the first #15 to win since Coppin State

I actually think Northern Iowa is capable of a run.  This year, they've beaten Iowa, LSU, Wichita State, Missouri State, and Bucknell
