Okay, does anyone know if Rivals is correct in that two guys (brothers I suppose)
Casper and Jasper Brinkley
are going to South Carolina?

Their stats are exact same, except one is 10 pounds heavier.
Also, One has signed a LOI where the other one has not....

If someone could shed some light on this one, it just seems a bit abnormal.
