What are the odds there a few walk on player that have some skills that might help?
By Gosh He Didn't Come Back To PAINT!!!!

Porked Tongue

Expect a few to tryout.

I remember being at the HPER in the mid 2000's and every year you'd have players that had the skill but either weren't quite tall enough or maybe was a half step slow.

Tony Perkis

Nick Mason was discovered in the HPER.

Porked Tongue

Should have left him there.

No doubt, he didn't even play much at Jonesboro, lol.

I've reported all of you to Breems.   >:(

Maybe they can discover Dan Skipper.

Meh.  Even if he could play its not really what we need.  He would be an around the basket guy where we need a pg and sf help.

UNCLE BACK

A couple of guards that have a high basketball IQ that can shoot and handle the ball would be good. Even if they are only 6 foot or so.

HOGINTENNESSEE

J. Bell can play. But maybe the coaches are afraid he will break the backboard in the new practice gym

Ray Piggers

That's true. Saw a video of him doing just that in High School.

Doubt coach B would let any athletes play...

Can you imagine someone like Omar McLeod playing point guard for us? Talk about fastest 40 lol

They moved him to guard just this season.
I said...LSU has often been an overrated team.

That ignoramus Draconian Sanctions said..if we're overrated, why are we ranked higher than you are?

Thanks, just got the notification this morning. No respect for the player that kickstarted this new era and led this radio team to its best season in 20 years.

Yeah, my son is a soph transfer who played on Springdale High's state runner-up team 2 years ago and was on a tennis scholarship last year at UA Fort Smith. He said he even might have a chance to walk on! He was just kidding around, but it might be about that bad this season.

The_Iceman

I met a kid this weekend from Nigeria who is about 6'5" that said he was looking at walking on. Said he played ball at his high school over there and has talked to Moses already. Might be interesting to see how good he is.

MrsThree

curious, who's the best walkon we've ever had?

Ernie Murray? Manny Watkins could end up being one of the best if he gets better over the next 2 seasons.

Walker's Senior year: 10 pts, 5 rebs, 2 asts, 2 stls per game.

That's a pretty solid walkon.

For me there will never be another Eugene Nash ( loved the guy, I could probably take him, not) Probably the best ever would be Scotty Rose till now, true walkon that is. Walker and Murry earned scholarships

Not sure if announced, but not speculation either.

UNCLE BACK

Guy Whitney had the best story of any Walk On. He had a free ride to college on a basketball scholly but wanted to be a hog so bad that he sold his car to come to the U of A...
