I missed 1 yesterday. I can safely say I never done that before, Ive never even seen it done before. it was a club championship, and we were putting em all out.

no way you were set with your shoulders square. You had to one hand swat it

did you cut any hole?  i have seen / been a victim of hitting the lip of the cup dead center and my ball richochet back at me from the one to foot range... public golf course cup placement lacking mind you.

I finished the day in a 3 way tie for 2nd but I managed to rise to the occasion on the first hole of sudden death. so its all good.

i have seen billcollectors boss miss a putt that could not have been more than 6-7 inches... he lined it up and put forth 100% effort. if you were sitting in your cart and couldnt see the hole, you would have thought he was putting a 6 footer...

this is the same person that took $24 from me playing $1 press bets a few days ago. (playing handicaps) he had natural birdies on the last two holes. :puke:

wouldn't admit that...

once watched a gentlemen in a shoot-out at CVCC double hit a putt which was no more than 2 or 3 feet... once this occurred i feel into a deep bunker and preceded to make a "sand" angel..

I've done it too, but to be fair, it was an elevated green exposed to a 60 mph in-my-face wind.  There's nothing more embarrassing than leaving a 2 or 3 inch putt short, even under those circumstances.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

i am ok with it, he gets like 7 shots on 9 holes and shot 2-3 over (gross) with a 4 jack on the 2nd hell i shot 2 over... i was only $6 down going into 8... pressed to get even, he makes birdie (net eagle)... i press on the 9th tee to get even and he chips it in... i just now realized this but bc jr chipped in on the 9th also... i was unlucky as hell...
