What is the deal with Georgia running backs and knee injuries?  They seem to have more than their fair share.

Feel bad for Chubb. He was clearly emotional on the sideline. Hard to see a kid with that much talent go down. Hate it.

snoblind

They just him showed walking to locker room.  Had two guys helping him, but that far better than seeing him leave on a cart.

And as soon as I typed above they showed a scene going to commercial that didn't look good. Like they were helping onto a cart?

Yep, on a cart.

What happened? I missed the play. Twisted back on his knee? Also, he didn't look really with it before the commercial break.

You ever see a knee injury where there was no twist, no bend, but the structure of the knee itself seemed almost to puff out on its own?

It was weird and ugly, and just bad.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Wow.  I just saw the backside angle of the back of the knee.  That  explains all of why the knee looked deformed.

Guh.  Lattamore-esque.  I think that was against Tennessee as well.

The Mizzou Curse continues.  A week before an SEC team plays Mizzou one (or sometimes more) of their top players goes down.

I absolutely hate it for Chubb... Hope all goes well for his recovery. Just sad.

All my best to him and his family during this time.

Chubb collapsed after leaving training table on way to cart and regained consciousness once on cart. Was taken to locker room.

Emmerson is as bad as inside coverage gets on a program.    Take him with a great grain of salt.

Hey Erie, what's the book on Emerson?

I can't think of a good Arkansas parallel.  His paper is literally within a mile or two of the Georgia Stadium, and he's that sort of reporter who makes a big deal of who he hangs out with, as his source of credibility.       Like a sober Bo Mattingly who has Donna Brag type connections.
