"DVH was upset ( livid) when what would have been an RBI single was ruled a foul ball.   I thought it was fair.   MSU's coach came out of his dugout trying to be heard and DVH was not interested in his opinion.  Reportedly told him "Get back in your dugout big boy!"   Could be more to it than that."
