Optimal Stack

Used it?

Im not looking to lift weight really.  gym memberships cost $.  Pull ups, push ups, stuff like that.  curious if Optimal Stack is any good.

IMO, if you can't figure out what one single ingredient is by looking at their website......it's junk.

I would never use this product.  Plus even if all the hype is true, it's a bit much for only doing body weight work.
