Burns hasn't "signed" anywhere.  It's a verbal nonbinding agreement

I wish Mr Burns the best, I hope that everthing will go as plan.  He could have waited to the last day, to tell Arkansas. Now they have sometime to look at other players. Every year their is someone who is overlooked.  It would have been nice to get him, but I feel with what we have on campus the need for defensive tackles and linebackers(middle) is more important. :razorback:
