#1 JUCO Tight End commits to Vandy..... What?

Brandon Vandenberg committed to Vandy citing its academics.  I'm confused. Aren't most JUCO players in JUCO to strengthen their academic qualifications?  And he wants to go to a top ranked academic institution? 

Well, more power to him. Thats a great school if he gets a degree there.
