Do you realize the magnitude of what CS Northridge is doing? They lost two starters in the middle of the season. In mid-January they were 6-10. They're one of the worst ballhandling teams in college hoop, playing against one of the best teams in turnover margin. But Northridge also is among the most veteran teams in the entire field. Maybe that's it.

CUSA was incredibly weak and untalented this season. Memphis had 16 wins against teams below 100 RPI. Their best win was over Xavier, which looks less shiny than it did early in the season, and they got tons of RPI mileage out of beating Tennessee due to the Vols' schedule strength. If the Tigers survive round one, they won't last long.
