Reports out of Mizzou is that out of the back up QB's, Taylor Powell has impressed the most and it's not even close.  If he was not a true freshmen, he would definitely be #2 behind Lock and get some snaps.  They are hesitant on pulling his red shirt.  However, if he emerges out of fall camp as the clear #2, then they will indeed pull his red shirt.
