Isn't it always fun to win!  Go Hogs Go!

We are deep.  Tennessee is playing for a number one seed, but that is it.  We are playing for respect.  Pearl might even believe a loss is good for his team's hunger going into the tournament.  I know I did in 1994.  I often thought it was that SEC tourney loss that reset our season and began our drive to the title.

Bigfoot

Great job hogs!! Great job coach PEL!!!!!

Tennessee could have their hands full tomorrow.  Nice win for the Hogs.  An NCAA invite is assured now.

Agreed on the tourney invite.  At least we can quit infighting about that and start thinking about sites and seeding.

jgphillips3

Does anyone know the game time tomorrow?

What a big win...  solidly putting Pel out there as our best 1st year coach, and a chance to pay back Tennessee.  A NCAA berth...   Maybe this will put to bed any old talk about we would have done better with SH, from the few that said that.

These strong game "finishes" are SO WELCOME after all these years.  ;)

I never wanted a loss in 1994! I wanted to win them all! We would've won it all that season no matter what!

Jeff Long is sitting around drinking some fruity girl drink and reading this and realizing he was the wrong man for the job. We're crazy. We love us some damn hog football. There may be a bunch of suits sitting behind glass on gameday but dammit you better not cross us airplane-tracking, fence-jumping, hangar-breakin-entering night-vision purchasin sumbitches! We're Miracle on Markham and 4th and 25, 7 overtime-winning tear down the goalposts and drag em down Dickson because you ain't goin to the BCS, fat phil!! BRING ME A COACH WITH A PAIR AND SACRIFICE A VIRGIN CUZ ITS TIME TO FUSCING WIN!!!!

firemanhogfan

How can we win tomorrow?  Play great defense, get the ball to DTown, crash the boards and obviously shoot it well.  Go Hogs Go!

alohawg

Good win, no pressure tommorrow, a win is a bonus. Townes was the mvp today and was well spoken after. All in all, Hogs took care of business and made us proud. Keep it boys, keep it up. WPS! :razorback:

Book it....this win guarantees a Big Dance ticket!

I watched the last two minutes.....Hogs did what they had to do.

All said, even if the Hogs win the SEC Tournament, the best seed they can hope for is a #7....maybe sneak a #6...

The real prize is if they could win the SEC Tourney, could they be placed in the LR bracket....

I'll be glued to my TV tomorrow.....HUGE game.

I'm sure that's what TN fans will say if we win.

I didn't want to lose, but it so often happens that teams with long winning streaks don't make the title game.  Sometimes the sting of that loss motivates that really good team.  I have no idea the percentages, but late season losses often SEEM to help top teams.  That said 34-0 would have been nice.

firemanhogfan

I can't imagine any team wishing to lose so that it would help them win in the future.  Maybe that ends up being the case but be assured this will not be TN attitude tomorrow!

I understand where your coming from.

Hogs had 45 rebounds and Dores had 24

Best SEC rebound difference in years.

firemanhogfan

I love the effort on the boards.  In particular, the offensive boards.  Wow!  I personally believe this is THE reason we won the game today.  Go Hogs Go

My Karma just lost a + & gained a -! LOL Thats funny!

Isn't it nice to be playing for seeding now, rather than for a bid?

When's the last time that *truly* happened at Arkansas?
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Townes interview is good.

He does a good job when interviewed.  He demonstrates a good knowledge of the game and the opponents when asked questions.

peace out until gametime tomorrow, gentlemen.  go hogs go

Where is "Oliver Miller"?

He's been lurking on the baseball forum.  Surprisingly, he's not so negative on there.

Glad to see that we got the win- I got to see about the last 2 minutes of the first half that some loyal fan (thanks!) had on his laptop in the terminal.  Then when I landed back here in FSM I got to see the last minute before I picked up my baggage.

Good win Hogs, WPS!!!!

Darian Townes is very well spoken. This is contrasted by J. Noah's unintelligible "Yo, Y'know how we do, Yo. Y'know how we do it!" interviews.
