there is no difference in losing to american u or app state?
actually i think app state is worse

No App State almost made the dance last year...they were a close also ran...I will bet that more than 3/4 of the people on this board didn't know there was an American University, because athletically, many folks probably have never heard of them, and for good reason.

App State is to low D1 (accross the sports) what Grand Valley State is to D2.  They are exceptional athletic schools given the level of their institution.
