With the 9th overall pick, the Charlotte Hornets select.....

Frank Kaminsky the 3rd-  C-  Wisconsin

Michael Jordan still struggles as a front office exec.

I like Frank. Just not that high. Could have traded down if that was your first pick.

I think he would still be there 2 or 3 picks later.    You have to try to at least see if you can trade down, if he is your target.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Erie is not a fan of the draft so far lol.

No, there are a couple of really good picks so far.    There are also a lot of picks that explain why these teams are annually picking at the top of the draft.

Dick Vitale was convinced the Heat were going to take Bobby.

I think he's on something...but, we're about to find out.

The top pick was an easy one.  I like the fit for Denver, as it tells you about how they want to play going forward.  Miami just committed highway robbery.

If Riley can sign a free agent or 2 this might not be a long rebuild   at least into east top 4 or 5

I still think someone takes a flier on Qualls late in the 2nd.

I hope so man.  Really rooting for him.

If he's the best available player the Sixers will take him, that's all they do, I don't even think they evaluate anybody, they just watch ESPN and go off of Jay Bilas best available and go from there.  The thought process of their front office and how they are trying to rebuild is just horrible.  Feel bad for their fans.

They need to let Dwyane Wade walk.   He wants ridiculous money, to be a 50 game a year player.  Resign Dragic.

I suppose this marks that the Roy Hibbert era is over in Indy.

I am with Erie about Denver    when Larry Brown talks I listen   and he loved this guy   upgrade over Ty Lawson    Can we talk Lakers??   They have something going on with Aldridge or somebody IMHO   Now they build with Russell, Randle and Clarkson   as I always say dump Kobe (even though you have to pay) and sign Aldridge

Adam Stokes

Myles Turner going a lot higher than most people projected him.  May knock Bobby back a spot.

husker71

what happened to Roy Hibbert in less than 2 years??  really not an old guy how can a guy lose it that quickly   my god 2 years ago he was destroying the NBA

Kevin Love is the Laker target, not LeMarcus.  Aldridge is heading back to one of the three teams in Texas.

Secondary possibility is signing Dwyane Wade.

He never really had more than spotty NBA athleticism, and as the game has changed to focus on mobility,  its crushed his window as an effective NBA player.

I did not feel like seeing or hearing this dude tonight, he's so annoying and anytime you don't kiss his butt and glorify everything he does, he gets all defensive and argues with reporters and just makes everything awkward.  I was really hoping he'd move to the NBA by now and become a mediocre coach there so we didn't have to hear him talk anymore.  When is the NCAA going to bust this guy again?
