Fitbit Blaze

really like it, offers everything I need and looks stylish

I've got the FitBit Surge and I love it.  The Blaze looks classier and higher quality, though.

Hogville prediction formula:

1.  Insert bad news prediction. A loss, a recruit going elsewhere, a coach leaving, etc.
2.  Tag "hope I'm wrong," on the end.
3a.  Enjoy a correct prediction.
3b.  Act like you're relieved you're wrong and celebrate with everyone else.

Really?  I thought the Blaze was a step above the Surge.  I just looked it up and you're right.  It's about $15-25 cheaper depending on where your buy them.

yeah, got mine yesterday at Dicks Sporting Goods, $199+tax.  screen is supposed to be scratch resistant.  the extra leather and metal bands are a bit pricey though

I prefer Garmin for exercising, but seemingly every one of my clients has some model of Fitbit.

I have the Garmin 410 Forerunner, but lost the ant and don't have a computer (have ipad) to sync with.  this one does all of that.  the only thing I don't like about it, I will have to carry my phone with me on runs, if I want a map of where I ran.

410 an older model (i.e.  no bluetooth) that didn't work w/ Garmin Connect to sync via iPhone/iPad?

I looked long and hard at the 630 vs 235 (635 isn't out yet, but is coming), but stayed a bit more traditional w/ the 630. HR data on the 235 was pretty good, but I'm a stickler on my data.

I bought an Apple Watch when it came out, but it didn't meet my exercise needs (not close) and frankly didn't do much else for me. Returned.

I couldn't figure out how to.  It didn't have Bluetooth

BT would've been the key. Blaze looks good.
