3-2-1 Ribs

Ha!  Sounds like me. I can cook them and have people swear they are the best they've ever had and I'll think I ruined them. I've bout decided maybe I'm just not a big pork rib fan?

I've had what I would call perfect ribs only twice. Once was at a little BBQ joint in southern Illinois that had won several competitions. And the other time was at Bandanas(BBQ chain and I was very surprised) here in town.

I've had lots of good ribs but nothing that made me want to go back and get some to take home like those 2 places.
