Not trying to start an argument, just your list and possibly why... I saw Paul Heyman on ESPNs Sportsnation and he is good! At least I believe he is.  Anyway some who I think are good on the mic.

Paul Heyman
Cm punk
Vince
Stone cold
The rock
Way bryatt
Road dogg always did a good introduction
Vickie

Can't have a best on the mic list without dusty Rhodes and Ric Flair. Michael Hayes, Chris Jericho also. If we are counting commentary then add Bobby Herman.

"Way Bryatt"? "Bobby Herman"?

Looking at your list, I'm guessing you started watching in the late 90s.

Let's go back a little more...

Kerry and Kevin Von Erich were both good.
Iceman King Parsons.
The Fink (Howard Finkel)
Gene Okerlund
Gorilla Monsoon
Reverend Slick
Brother Love
Jim Cornette

The Brother Love gimmick was amazingly awesome. I was to young to get it at the time, but watching youtube videos of Brother Love today had me rolling.

Hogville prediction formula:

1.  Insert bad news prediction. A loss, a recruit going elsewhere, a coach leaving, etc.
2.  Tag "hope I'm wrong," on the end.
3a.  Enjoy a correct prediction.
3b.  Act like you're relieved you're wrong and celebrate with everyone else.

Gordon Solie was good as an announcer.

I always liked Ernie (the Big Cat) Ladd and "Dirty Rhodes talkin' out the side of his mouth goin' yaw-yaw this and yaw-yaw-yaw that"!  Lol

No Bobby Herman!  Auto correct drives me crazy sometimes.

I always enjoyed Mr perfect and razor Ramon playing their characters on the mic, not necessarily all time greats on the mic, but some of the most memorable vignettes of all time.

Warrior and Macho were always "special" to watch on the mic although their content was a bit puzzling.  LOL

Professor Psychosis

Roddy Piper needs to be listed too.
