Hall has straightened up quite a bit.  Check out his interview on Steve Austin's podcast.  Hell check out all of them, they are very entertaining.

the top of the list has to be Verne Gagne who at age 82 killed another resident in a nursing home.

Verne had a severe case of dementia and wasn't in his right mind when he did that.
