Question About Camping Out at WMS

I noticed that there are always people camped out at WMS before the game and I was interested in doing the same. Does anybody here know how that works? Is it like The Pit in Fayetteville where you have to donate "X" amount to get a spot or can I just pay $20 and show up the day before? Also, are there any hookups? Any help would be appreciated.
