Panhandle or others: Charters around 30a?

Water is crap, so we're going offshore. Anyone have any recommendations for charters out of Destin or PCB? Which is better to access from Seagrove?

Water is crap everywhere. I'd reccomend Dawn Patrol out of Harborwalk - JT has many regular Arkansas clients. There is a guy that has a boat out of Seaside too - http://deadfishcharters.com/

Third generation captain that grew up in Destin.  He knows the waters extremely well.  If they are biting, he will put you on them...
