High fat smoothie

If struggling to reach healthy fat macros, an avocado smoothie is maybe a way a person can ingest over 100g of fat in one sitting, without gorging oneself with unhealthy foods.

River's Avocados sells a bigger-type avocado, if able to find them, locally.

Some potential ingredients to consider in the smoothie:

Avocado
Pineapple
Banana
Few Berries
Peanut Butter
Honey
Coconut
Coconut Milk 

Depending on size, could consider two big avocados as the base.

Would think real coconut would be better than coconut milk. If using can coconut milk, I get the A Taste of Thai unsweetened, first pressing, that's in a yellow can. Though, if using avocado as the base, may not have room for coconut milk. I squeeze the can to remove the liquid.

I use bottled water as the liquid, not milk.

If trying to quit smoking, could potentially prepare tobacco in food, with olive oil, while consuming the smoothie, to potentially get the effects of smoking, without harmful negative health effects. The high fat content should bond with the plant material to create a greater effect.
