Talk to the players during timeouts.  It seems as though all of them sit on the bench throughout the game and bring zero contributions.  Then, during timeouts they just kind of stand around on the perimeter of the team saying nothing, Pelphrey must want it this way.  Is it because of the quality of the coaches or Pel's micro managing tendency?
