No Les Miles, Outrageous.

It's outrageous that some would want him hired here, yes.

I'd say a very very small % like Matt Campbell. I have no idea why. He's a winner and he's got Iowa St at #25 in recruiting so far this year

I like Norvell but he's less accomplished and sitting at like #75 in recruiting
And they beat up on Texas Tech today.  Iowa st will give him a big raise after this season I bet.

He is the only 2 time winner of the Bear Bryant Coach of the Year award. He has won 2 BCS Bowls as a non bcs school and played in  the bcs final four last year at Washington. He may not be great just yet but he is well on his way.
Maybe I will be wrong but I think he and UW have peaked.  I think he is one of the those "does more with less" guys instead of a "does more with more".  I just don't think he will ever recruit well enough on a consistent basis to be top ten team year after year.  Playing in the Pac 12 north will help as none of those teams recruit real well (Stanford has had it's moments and Oregon is improving under Taggart) so he has a chance.  Plus their non conf schedule has been terrible which helps rack up the wins.  Time will tell.
