 It's not like Iowa state doesn't have money. They can afford to keep him if he wants to stay. Plus, If he gets ISU to 7 or 8 games per season. He would be a legend there.

He might see winning the SEC at Arkansas as the next challenge after he wins the Big 12 at Iowa State.

Dont get me wrong Longpig I'd love to have him. But we would be behind Tenn and AM. He's got to be top 3 on everyone's board. Plus we aren't paying CBB 6 mil and Iowa State 9 mil.

His buyout should be about 7 million after this season, but I'd think Iowa State would appreciate what they have and make big changes in his contract.  The man's base salary is only 1 million.  He'll about double it with bonuses this season.

We most certainly do have a dumpster fire.  This stupid sticking your head in the sand like an ostrich isn't going to change anything.  Changes need to be made.
