Why?  The allegations are less than expected.  Their class for 2016 is complete and ranked #9.  Last year they self-imposed their own ban on the ACC and NCAA tourney, along with several scholarships.  Looks like the only thing left is for Pitino to sit out a few games in the 2017 season and it's all behind them.
