Bingo! If Bielema keeps making our defensive coordinator play prevent bend but don't break defense then we will never develop a mean spirited nasty defense. We will remain passive and Bielema is going to play the price about being to timid on defense when he discovers he is out of a job. He better wake up. If they beat you make them earn it, don't give it to them. A defense needs to be aggressive not a bunch of passive timid clones.

If you aren't hearing his name a lot, that might be a good thing with this defense. Those that get a lot of air time are usually the ones getting whipped.

No it's a bad thing. Not hearing about a corner back is a good thing. Not hearing about a lb means he isn't doing his job.

NMSU only ran the ball 14 times for 11 yards,  of those 14 carries,  only 8 were by a RB. So,  hard for your MLB to have a lot of tackles. Even harder,  when we play Bert's soft,  rush 3, drop 8 defense.
