I couldn't help it.  I chuckled at this.

JOKERHOG

it will and shud be like that.  If you keep losing to A&M every year, you better continue beeting Ole MIss and LSU

It shouldn't be a surprise.

Also, we will hear we didn't set the edge and guys were not lined up correctly. We need to evaluate if we are asking our guys to do too much. Etc...

I'm one of the first ones that's hates change, I'm set in my ways and don't want to change things. At work recently they made us implement a completely new system that was not needed when what we. Were doing was working fine. But sometimes you just have to accept that something else is better and do it. That is Beliema problem, he's set in his way and will not try anything new and IMO, until that happens, with the talent gap we have, we will never be better than and 8 sometimes 9 win team.

When we get to that point, I will start worrying about what we should try new.  Right now, we are doing better in recruiting a little each year and have improved our record each year and are in the top 25 as of this post.

Exactly, providing specific examples, what do you want him to try right now that might have made a difference in the only two losses we have this season?

I fully expect us to lose and then win out...

I'm not speaking of those games specifically, just that the game is moving more to the fast paced/running QB and his style is old school. It's like the game is passing him by because of his unwillingness to change. I know that really the O hasn't been the problem as much as the D, but if we could have spread the other teams D out on some of those stuffs at the goal line we might have gotten in. But I'm just thinking and typing, all I want to do is win

If we lose - which is reasonable considering Ole Miss is a good team - I will not visit hogville for a long time (not that anyone cares, I barely post).  I just CAN' STAND the overreaction, fire everyone, we're terrible, rants and raves that permeate this website after each loss.  News flash: A&M, Bama, and Ole Miss are good - losing happens against good teams.

The only way I will be disappointed tonight is if we play with a lack of heart, lack of character, or lack of discipline.

I think we can beat auburn. All they can do is run and we can stop the run if we don't have to worry too much about the pass.

Head should roll.

Who's head? We'd be 4-3 with losses to #1, #6, & #12....tough sledding right there.

I'm thinking we lose today, i had us beating LSU but with Les gone who knows. I feel like we will finally beat Florida, MSU, Mizzou, and Auburn is kinda a toss up- their QB play is pretty bad.

You must think of the matchup.

Gus vs Robb Smith. Advantage: Gus
Gus Defense vs Dan Enos. Advantage: Enos
Looks like another OT game unless our Special Teams doesn't improve

This.  Some people around here get ridiculous after any loss, no matter who we lose to.

Irrational tantrum throwing?

Yeah, sounds like Hogville.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

It is just disappointing that with this many upperclassmen on defense it is soooo bad. Before the season I thought they would have to carry us a few games.

THIS!!!!  You may have become my favorite posters with this one post.  The way some people react around here you would think someone had just shot one of there family in the head after a lose
I have changed my sig line of over 4 years that was never a problem until May 5 ,2011

I'm with you on change. I think the difference between the "don't fix what's not broken" and fix the broken is, well, that one of them is broken. There are some obvious things that we are doing that are "broken". We need change we need "fixin". We need some new "policy".

Notice he says your boy instead of "our coach". Very telling.

I'm not worried. If he recruits like he did here Louisville will fire him in about 5 years.

You have summed it up nicely. Like running up the middle on first and goal when everyone and their mother knows what's coming - then not getting any points. At that point I went and got a shower. Now I'm going over and watching SOA over again.
