I completely agree. I'm worried when Cook comes back, Bailey might not even see the floor. Bailey is our 4th best player IMO.

I'm hoping CJ will take advantage of minutes vs a Tier 1 opponent to help make another step going forward. Getting quality minutes from him would be a huge help.

They are (2) completely different player's and you need both to play minute's.

Thomas is the Superior rebounder
Thomas is the Superior Offensive player

Coach Anderson doesn't play favorites if Khalil is more effective than Anton or CJ upon his return guess what happens.

Why does everyone talk about CJ being instant offense?  He isnt.....at least not yet...  He doesn't make shots.  He jumps so high then releases it at the top quickly.  It looks athletic but it's not fluid.  On his misses, he misses bad....  not a "shooters miss.  I guess I don't see what others are seeing.

Shot 40% from three, best on the team in the game, and that's with missing some shots that you expect him to knock down.

Agree 100% Bailey competed with the NC big men. He never backed off. Thomas played timid I just think that Bailey has a lot of potential.

Personally, I feel that they are basically the same type of player. They get you the hustle plays, and neither one is a shooting threat. They will get theirs around the basket on 2nd chance opportunities, and some cheap layups. I think they are both important pieces to the team, and we will need both to have success. I'm on the fence about CJ. I can see that he has the ability at times. I think he just needs to be consistent. Now Gafford might be the player we've seen in a while. He's got the ability to be great, if he can stay away from the cheap fouls. I think it's going to take a few more games to figure out the right rotation, but once Anderson figures it out we will be tough! I'm excited about this team

offensively neither of them will give you much but Bailey is better on the defensive end. Very athletic and blocks or alters lots of shots. Beard and Thomas were a huge reason we lost to UNC

That Dustin Thomas offensive rebound was impressive!! He knew which way the ball was gonna go right before it hit the rim!! Crazy impressive

Has not developed an 8 - 10 ft jumper.  Not much of an offensive threat.
