Hard to judge Shoop by his Tennessee stop, he was only there this past year, and things were already in Turmoil.  He's been very effective at his previous stops.

Your right, he was hired in 16, I was thinking it was just this past year.  Still, his defenses before Tennessee have been very solid.  I still find it hard to fault him not having gotten Tennessee turned around in 2 years, that place has been a mess for a while.
