I can't figure out why any former Hog would not want to step down or at least hire an oc knowing that he's just hurting the program.

Why should he, if he loved Arkansas so much then why did he leave for Oklahoma State?  Because he was too much of a wuss to get in there and fight for the job. 
Thank God for Hogville.  I get my Hog Therapy here everyday.
