Look at the top 20.... how is it that out of 20 teams, in BOTH polls, 17 of the 20 are EXACTLY the same, in EXACTLY the same position?  some teams haven't played anyone, and yet both AP and coaches polls nailed exactly the same setup?

do you walk around daily thinking "Hm, washington state is definitely the 9th best team in the country"

this strikes me as bizzare... usually these guys differ by a few places" 8th in the coaches is 11th in ap, etc....  even looking at last week's preseason polls, the results are eerily similar... how does this happen?

crazy!

i agree...i hate preseason polls! they should wait until atleast after the first week, maybe a little bit longer. i mean look at kentucky, michigan st, ohio st, list keeps going.

and can we all agree that no way in heck duke is in the top 12?  i know they have talent, but i would rank them in the 20s at best.
