HDN only has enough time to send only so many text messages a day.  We know for a fact that many of those text messages were going out to people who werent' recruits.  Maybe HDN needs a priority-check.  But I guess if you can have mediocre seasons and keep your job the pressure to recruit isn't there.  RS will come on Drive Time and try and convince everyone we just can't recruit in poor ole Arkansas.
