But I will not be one of those who finds other things to do on weekends besides watching golf on TV simply because Woods isn't in the field or in contention. Sadly we have some here that will do just that though. And I repeat....as someone who loves the game.....if it is on I will take time to watch.

And if you are one of those who can't seem to want to tune in to watch Justin Thomas, Jordan Speith, Jon Rahm, Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy, etc etc........simply because Woods isn't playing..............well.....that pretty much says it all.

He's won four majors since 2012.  Tiger has won zero since 2008.  Of course none of that means anything, but Tiger isn't going to win a major because all the best players in the world will be there and plenty of them are better than he is.
