He's an Aggie. U of A doesn't offer advanced degrees in underwater basket weaving.

HAHAHA.  The funny thing is they are ranked 69th best by USNews while the University of Arkansas is ranked #133 in National Universities.

Overall rankings don't mean that much unless you aren't sure what you are wanting to do. UA's geology program overall isn't very prestigious. However, it is really good if you want to study karst or dendrochronology with petrified wood. However, if volcanos are your thing, you'd be much better off in a west coast school or Hawaii.

Chavis knows this kid and if he thinks we need depth in the secondary this would be a nice pickup.  With a shortage of scholarships though we probable have very few spots to offer so they will have to work this out.

But if I was this kid I would go to a school where I can get lots of playing time and not spot duty.
