Does anybody have an electric pressure cooker?  We got one for Christmas and have been using it a lot, its a quick way to fix some pretty nice meals in a fraction of the time.  I thought we could share some recipes for pressure cooker meals if anyone else cooks with one

I want one, but haven't dropped the dough on one just yet. My mom loves hers.  She does all her canning in hers now, and says it's way easier.

They are great tools in the Kitchen.

I was pretty indifferent when we got ours and didn't use it for the first month or so, then tried it one weekend and now we use it atleast once a week. Cooked red beans and sausage last nite, with the red beans coming straight out of the bag and it took 30 minutes and the beans were cooked well.  Like Delta said its a great addition.

Pressure Cookers and Crock Pots are making a real comeback in the cooking world.   Way more recipes come out all the time.
