25 minute penalty

I was just curious about the 25 minute penalty.   I got it earlier, and i am not sure why.  Is there a posting limit or did i post something wrong?  I don't think i was out of line with a post.   I have just never gotten that before that i know of, and it puzzled me.   ???

That was a pretty good one.  It had me fooled.  I thought i did something wrong.  :)
