Possible Satellite camp changes, and other potential recruiting changes for 2017

Well I would say the NCAA running a camp that would be open to all coaches wanting to attend, would be a very crowded camp.  Most likely more coaches there than athletes.  However, it does make more sense in one way.  Camps were allowed to run in order to allow players, who could not afford to go to camps, to be seen by coaches outside their area.  They were all about opportunity for the kids.  That does not get to happen, because schools like LSU and A&M block other schools (Arkansas) from coming into "their area" and running camps.  How does this help the kids be seen by other coaches?
