This on its appearance looks like a win, win, win for the Hogs.  He will be here around age 22-25, the time most athletes reach their prime, definitely more than 18-22.  He will likely be mature and show great leadership on the team, almost like having a player/coach.  He will likely be all business, no nonsense.

I think it's safe to assume he will be enrolled in August, but assuming he is accepted in August he should be able to enroll for either summer session just like any other student that is paying his own way.

It's kind of odd that the NCAA is ok with an MLB team paying his tuition but has a meltdown if another student athlete uses a university hose to was his or her car.
