Heading into the weekedn Hamblin was tied with Grinestaff of SC for the SEC lead in RBI's with 40 and tied for 4th in Hrs (lead LSU's Stewart with 12). Stewart launched 2 homers on Friday so Hamblin's 9th homer still leaves him some work in that category. But the 46 RBI's shoul keep him at the top. As Grinestaff still ahd 40heading into today's double header.

I didn't agree with the strategy at the time of not pitching Schmidt, I thought it showed we were conceding on Friday, but anything to win the series.  Good win, WPS!  Back to back series wins gives us solid momentum heading into Kentucky at home next week.
