I wonder how many elite recruits he has brought into our program?   But I hear he is good at teaching fundamentals at practice.

I ask the same question, but I would add Cleveland in there too.  What, exactly, do either of these two bring to the table besides the 'Hangar's On' status.  Not that we have any top-notch signees or recruits to tag to either of them but if I were AD, he would be asked to make changes with those two and then live or die with his decision.

Zimmerman is a great coach. I'm not sure about his recruiting, but a lot of the progress you see guys making, especially the guards, I would give a lot of credit to Zimm.

Stuff like Bell's defensive progression and Dusty's penetration and cuts. I would say Zimm could be attributed to stuff like that.
