This guy has the potential to be the X-factor this season.

I can't decide which I like more, his highlight video:

Or his stats:

Kinda off topic, but I'm pretty sure TJ was a 3* before his senior year, much like most of our recruits, but that's none of my business.  ;)

His video reminds me of DMACs. A man amongst boys. Excited to see how he does at the next level.

Sky is the limit for this kid if he puts in the work.  By the sounds of it he's doing just that!  He is going to be a threat in the open field.

Would not complain if he had a similar highlight video while playing for The Hogs. Woo Pig!

Only a 3*?

Fire Bret.

Agreed.

23 games and zero sacks???!!!  Surely we can do better.

"Before I comment, how many power 5 offers does he have?"

Not that it matters now, but he was a 4 star.

Yeah. That's good to hear.

I'm just making fun of the chicken littles who throw themselves off a cliff if they aren't a 4-5* as a sophomore in high school and if they "don't have any power 5 offers".

I'm excited to see TJ and Whaley get a shot at carrying the ball.

Walker, Williams, TJ, and Whaley. I sense a lot of punishment on offense by us.

This backfield is very similar to one of those like he had at Wisconsin. I'm very excited.

JackJohnson

I always thought he was more of a slot WR, but IF he can put on the weight AND keep his speed/agility then that is a good thing for us with the lack of RB recruiting the past few years

I also hope he has naturally strong bones in his feet now that he is up there getting "transformed by herb"

riccoar

More studs like him coming from Pulaski Robinson too.

Yup. Warren too. I can't wait.

Let's call those hogs!!!!

AugustaHog

I could see a real three headed monster with TJ, Devwah, and RW3.  If all of those guys are as good as I think they will be, Kody may be back at FB pretty quick.  We should never worry too much about RBs and OL with CBB at the helm.  If our D progresses and Austin plays well, we are going to hurt some feelings.

BoynamedWooPigSooie

Good to see. We're going to absolutely need him ready to carry the ball.

" THIS " ...... will be the next great RB

Pumped to see how this kid develops.  His cuts are nasty and he has true SEC speed and vision.  His speed through the hole reminds me of the proverbial Korliss Marshall.  Hopefully he is a better decision-maker off the field.

So, if Hammonds IS a RB like I was screaming all last fall when peeps were freaking out, than Whaley/Hammonds are going to be the talk of the country....

i would've thought for sure that a few posters would be commenting on this. I guess just mentioning KM isn't enough anymore.
