They left off the members of  1976 and 1980 East German women's Olympic swim team. I suppose they were disqualified. Just as well or there would be no one else on the list.

It's really sad, that the ugliest athlete of all time is left off this list.  Fred Bilitnikov was hands down the ugliest.  He got open so often because DB's were repelled from his face
