Love him or hate him, Bobby Petrino is back in college football. From an offensive standpoint, particularly in the passing game, this is the best thing that could have happened for Arkansas fans. Much like Auburn's hiring of Tony Franklin, Petrino's arrival is going to open some doors on the recruiting trail in Texas and throughout the Southeast for top-flight offensive skill players and quarterbacks.
