"New Posts" Red Button

Anybody else experiencing problems?  If I click on the "New" button on a thread, it works fine, but when I return to the forum the next thread's "New" button has disappeared, even though I haven't clicked on it.  Is this happening to anybody else or is it a "me" problem?

This has been occurring only for the last week or so.  I really like that feature and hope it's fixable.
