According to information obtained from the Mississippi Secretary of State's office

QuoteThe group was officially dissolved of its status as a non-profit organization Thursday at noon, according to office documents. The date the organization was created was April 4, 2011. James D. Harper of Oxford was listed as the registering agent and officer of the organization, while Dr. David Bridgers, also of Oxford, was listed in the paperwork and was one of the founding members according to the documentation. Harper's signature appears on the paperwork asking for the dissolution of the nonprofit status.

Based on the information listed, it appears both Harper and Bridgers have distanced themselves from the group...
