Non YouTube or Vevo Videos

Is there a way to post a non YouTube or Vevo video?  I have one I'd like to post but when I right click to copy it, only the facebook url shows up and I don't think that's what I want to do. 

There is an "imbed" option.  Will that work?

Can he capture the streaming video and then upload it to youtube? What programs would that require? I remember my youngest doing that years ago.
