Strip clubs in Vegas kickbacks

According to todays Las Vegas Sun, cabdrivers may now get fined for accepting kickbacks from certain stripclubs. This has been standard operating procedures in Vegas for years.  At my front desk(back in the day) we had a favorite driver who would give us $10 a head if guests were going out to clubs.  Now  the cabbies are literally giving guests free rides to Saphire and other high end clubs AND GIVE EACH RIDER UP TO $30. The club would then give the cabdriver up to $120 per guest.  Does that tell you how much the upper end clubs are making off tourists.   What a great country!!
