I noticed that the ribbon looks like it is fully installed.  Has anyone heard if it will be introduced by the Oklahoma or Texas game?  I heard it would be done by the conference games but it would be nice to have it for the Oh Phew and Texass games.

Without it working, it's just a black ribbon on the facing of the upper deck, continuously around the arena.

Yeah not much to see until it's turned on.  I'll take my camera to the OU game and get some video of it running.
