Offensively need to establish something.  The game  has no rhythm.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Minnesota is generating better looks/shots in their halfcourt offense than we are.  We've been able to get out in transition enough to stay with them and lead up until this point, but if we don't start generating better looks in the halfcourt, I'm afraid Minnesota will start to pull away with this one.  They're already in the bonus and there's 10 minutes to play in the first half.

Regardless, it's been a very uneven game and neither team has looked sharp.

This team is so sloppy. No offensive movement, just standing around and waiting to go one on one or a turnover.  That is why this game is only on the CPU.

Big drop off from Moses to Thompson. Fouling is crazy. Offense is playing tight and confused.

We need to be taking advantage of Minnesota's bad darn selection.

We jumped out to a 13-7 lead in part because:

- Two fastbreak and-ones that were converted for the full three points = 6 points

- A breakaway intentional foul on Minnesota that gave us two FTs that we made = 2 points

I feel like the Hogs are playing good D. But we are killing ourselves on the TO's and making bad offensive plays. We are still in the game despite all this so that is a good sign for us.

This is what I've been afraid of. We've relied on balanced scoring but haven't established our sip of water in the desert. We'll find out tonight if anyone is trying out for that role besides Hannahs.
