Moses got 1 touch in the last 4 minutes. 6 possessions 2 turnovers and 4 desperation 3 at end of shot clock after dribbling around for 25 seconds. What the f$$& was that. Were we just two tired to run an offensive set? It looked like we started running clock with a 1 point lead. Made no sense.

UNC was called for 10 fouls.....in the entire game.

Refs did everything they could to give this to NC, but we still nearly had this won.  Great game by the Hogs!  :razorback:

But c'mon... 20 fouls to 10 called, 25 free throw attempts to 8.  Even without all the other things they messed up, that alone is the game. 

You cant tell me that as physical as UNC plays that they only commit 10 fouls in a game.  this one was arranged

We ran out of gas at the end and stopped running plays.

Scoring droughts are built into this style of play.  Heck UNC was in a scoring drought for much of the game finishing at 38%.  Arkansas's players literally played to and through exhaustion and deserve every accolade for their effort but the harsh reality remains this style of play requires about 10 league ready players to have any hopes of competing at the highest level.

We got stuck in a half court game, and that is not our game. We just dribbled around out front doing nothing. Gotta run some kind of offense!  Proud of the fight though, they are a better, more talented team. We scrapped with all we had.

They were fine on offense and then holding the ball for a long time wore out unc

They fought their hearts out and gave themselves a chance to win. The biggest no call of game was the non charge call on Barry at the end of the game. NC just seemed to have more gas at the end.

Part of the benefit of being a 1 seed is a cake game in the first round. UNC barely broke a sweat Friday, and they were fresher at the end of the game and it showed.

All I asked for was EFFORT< EFFORT< EFFORT.  For most of the game, this team gave effort.  Hate to lose but we played a pretty good team into the ground.  I will take that. 

I believe the players gave about all they knew to give.  Effort and whatever they learned from these coaches.

Overall, I am happy for this season.  We actually looked like a team you don't want to play.  I hope this is the real beginning of old times where winning was expected and excuses were not tolerated

Just egregious and blatant.  I nearly forgot about this one.  That 12-0 run that NC went on?  They made like one legit basket that whole time.  Half were free throws, one was the tip in that came after the charge no call, and one was the garbage dunk at the end after Hannahs was mauled on the dribble again.

Beard and Barford played their asses off on one leg and people want to bash. I want a player that is not afraid to take that shot and it almost went. If it had and we would have somehow pulled it out the same people bashing Beard would have been praising him. Don't get it. Yea I do it's a loser mentality.

This team could have folded their tents and quit this year when they lost those two horrible games and everyone turned on them.

I'm proud of the fight and heart this team showed. These big dance games are the kind of experience we needed to vault us to bigger and better things. I can see it coming and now we need to do it. I'm proud to be a Hog and this is a team we can get behind.

Sad thing is all the "fans" calling out Beard couldn't even dribble a ball much less run up and down the court.  No wonder Macon said what he did earlier in the year about some so called fans....

They will not admit Beard was huge in the come back from 17 down. Kid played to his ability tonight. They say that shot wasn't his but will not remember the three he made before that from the same spot. Those young men played their hearts out tonight and left it on the court. When have we ever seen these guys going out with cramps? Never have, but that is a testament to how hard they had to play amd scramble to make up the deficit and overcome the NC lead.

I think we showed tonight that, by the end of the year, we really might've been one of the 12-15 best teams in the country.  It's unfortunate we had so/too many ups-and-downs for so much of the season, because our 8-seed was unfortunate but probably justified.  However, by the end of our season, I think we were a legit top 15 team.

Couldn't be prouder of this team.  One thing we saw all year, even at the most frustrating times, is that this team had a ton of heart and fight and they never laid down.  Let's build on this next year and get back to the Sweet 16 for the first time in 22 years.

I'm upset about the people on here bashing him and saying he is selfish. He played big, was not afraid of the moment and played really well in the second half not to mention he was playing hurt. Maybe he should have dished it off but it doesn't deserve the bashing some on here gave him. He is all Hog and gave his all, that's what really matters, everyone left it all on the floor even thru a poorly even a biased officiated game that punched us in the gut when it counted the most.

Unless SC gets up big against Duke the refs will decide that one too. Mark it down. SEC is sorry may a$$. 2 ACC teams left 1 or 2 big least teams left , as much as I hate UK the SEC has 3 still in it and I think 2 that will get to the final 4 and wouldn't be suprised if UF wins it all.

I've said this season that we didn't really have a high quality win. I stand corrected , we beat UNC . Just couldn't beat the other 3 on the floor . The last 4 minutes , they mugged our guys . several of Hannah's turnovers were muggings . Next year should be good after we get settled in . We out played UNC but got killed at the foul line .
